The good outweighs the bad (barely)
Quiet location with helpful staff. A well-equipped kitchenette that made meal prep easy! ! Close to the main shopping street, offering various dining options.
Room noise can be bothersome, especially next to the road. Limited space for luggage made packing a challenge.

The rooms are uncomfortably small with a cluttered layout!!! Limited kitchen supplies and no cleaning services create a user-unfriendly environment. The area is packed with buildings, making navigation challenging!!!

The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to shops and restaurants nearby, making it a great base for exploring Kyoto.
The kitchenette lacked essential cooking utensils, as we only received two small plates and a pair of chopsticks, which made meal prep difficult.

That washing machine in the room? A total lifesaver in this heat! I loved how easy it was to whip up a quick meal in the kitchenette after a long day of exploring. Staff were super friendly, and it felt cozy despite the busyness outside. The location was quiet yet so close to everything. Perfect spot!

Had a cozy stay with a big room and all the kitchen supplies I needed for some easy meals. I especially enjoyed relaxing in the small balcony and taking advantage of the comfy lounge area. Only downside was the slightly noisy street, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊

The location is excellent, situated in a quiet area yet just steps away from transport and shopping options. Enjoying regional jams at breakfast was a delightful surprise, and having a kitchenette allowed for convenient meal prep. However, the noise from the street can be bothersome, and luggage space was quite limited. Staff knowledge about local attractions and transport was lacking, which made navigation difficult at times.

I stayed in a Studio Apartment for 5 nights and the room was surprisingly spacious, especially for a kitchenette setup. Loved having a washing machine and a fan that doubles as a dryer in the bathroom. It was also neat having enough space for two big suitcases, and the small table and sofa were handy. Location was quieter, which I appreciated, but a bit of a walk to the subway. Definitely not cramped, but might feel tight for three people.
